Plant Qualities & Actions

  • Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus): Antispasmodic, uterine and smooth muscle relaxant that eases pelvic cramps, bladder urgency, and lower abdominal tension.

  • Corn Silk (Zea mays): Diuretic, demulcent, mildly anti-inflammatory. Soothes urinary tract irritation, promotes urine flow, and flushes bacteria without depleting.

  • Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale): Diuretic and bitter liver/kidney tonic that supports detoxification, mineral/fluid balance, and bile flow to aid toxin clearance.

  • Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica): Nutrient-rich diuretic, astringent, anti-inflammatory; nourishes kidneys, reduces urinary inflammation, and provides minerals for resilience.

  • Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus spp.): Cardiotonic, circulatory tonic, mildly astringent, supports heart health, microcirculation, and vascular integrity.

Net WT & Serving Suggestion

Net WT - 50g

Suggested Serving Size - 1–2 tsp per cup of freshly boiled water. Steep covered for 10–15 minutes or longer, strain, and drink 2–3 cups daily for up to 7–10 days.
Best used at first signs of urinary discomfort, alongside increased water intake.*

Store in a dry, dark space and consume within 12 months for ideal potency. Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications & Safety

- Not a substitute for antibiotics. Seek urgent medical care with fever, flank pain, blood in urine, or symptoms >24–48 hours.
- Avoid in pregnancy or breastfeeding unless supervised by a practitioner (yarrow, cramp bark, and strong diuretics are generally cautioned).
- Use cautiously with blood thinners or heart medications (hawthorn, yarrow), and with diuretics or lithium (nettle, dandelion).
- Those with ragweed/Asteraceae allergies should be cautious due to yarrow and dandelion.
- Not suggested for children.
- Discontinue if pain worsens, urine darkens, or systemic symptoms appear and seek medical advise immediately.
