Description

Immunitea is a gentle shield for your body's natural defences. Crafted to support immune resilience during cold season and nurture vitality through winter's challenges.

Echinacea, gathered by Native American healers as a sacred "elk root," was traditionally used at the first sign of illness to rally the body's fighting spirit. Elderberry, revered across European folk medicine as a protective charm against flu, is brewed into dark, potent syrups to shorten colds and ease fevers.*

Nettle, Lemon Balm, Thyme, and Dandelion leaf weave deep nourishment and gentle purification, supporting the body's detox pathways of the lymph, lungs and liver for recovery.*

Plant Qualities and Herbal Actions

  • Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) – Immune stimulant; enhances white blood cell activity and phagocytosis for infection resistance.

  • Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) – Antiviral and immune-modulating; rich in anthocyanins that inhibit viral replication.

  • Nettle (Urtica dioica) – Nutrient-dense tonic; high in vitamins C, A, iron to support immune function and recovery.

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – Mild antiviral and adaptogenic; reduces feverish tension and supports lymphatic flow.

  • Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) – Antimicrobial expectorant; thymol content fights respiratory pathogens and eases cough.

  • Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale) – Diuretic lymphatic support; promotes toxin clearance and fluid balance during illness.
