ANTI-ANXIETEA | Gentle Calming & Stress Support

50g Loose Herbal Tea

£6.99
Description

Anti-Anxietea is a soft landing for busy minds and fluttery hearts, a gentle cup to reach for when the day feels too loud.

Chamomile, treasured since ancient Egypt as a calming blossom for both body and spirit, brings a mellow, honeyed ease to tight muscles and knotted thoughts. Passionflower, long used by traditional healers to quiet restless minds, lends a deep, settling stillness, while Hawthorn wraps its quiet support around the heart.

A soothing ritual that slows the breath, softens anxiety and invites the nervous system to release its grip.

Plant Qualities and Herbal Actions

  • Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – Mild sedative, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory; relaxes the nervous system and eases tension in the gut and muscles.*

  • Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – Anxiolytic and gently sedative, supports GABA activity to calm racing thoughts and restlessness.*

  • Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) – Mild nervine and cardiotonic; steadies the heartbeat and supports emotional balance.*

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – Anxiolytic, mood-lifting, and antispasmodic; soothes the “wired and tired” state and calms the gut–brain axis.*
