Description

Rest Easy is a gentle exhale in a bottle, an evening glycerite tincture crafted to quiet the heart and invite the body towards calm. Soften the edges of the day and ground yourself in peace as night settles in.

Each plant in this blend carries a long legacy of helping the weary find rest. Passionflower, once revered by 17th-century Spanish missionaries and named “the living cross” for its intricate, symbolic blossom, was brewed to still racing thoughts and support serene sleep.

Valerian root, praised since the Galenic days of ancient Greece, was used to soothe trembling nerves and ease sleeplessness.

Plant Qualities and Herbal Actions

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) – A soothing nervine that eases restlessness; enhances GABA activity to calm the mind and promote relaxation.
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) – Mild sedative and antispasmodic; quiets the nervous system and releases muscular tension.
Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) – Warming antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory; relieves tension and supports comfort through the body.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) – Sedative, adaptogenic, and nervine; encourages deep, steady sleep while easing anxious energy.
