Digestive Bitters - 50ml
0.5–1 ml (10–20 drops) in a little water, 10–15 minutes before meals, up to 3 times daily.

Tummy Love Tea - 50g
Steep 1–2 tsp per cup boiling water for 5–10 minutes, 1-3 cups daily, especially after meals or as needed for bloating/gas.
