Description

Strength of Heart is a warm, steadying elixir for those seeking to nurture circulation and awaken daily vitality.

Hawthorn berry, cherished since medieval times as “the heart herb” by English herbalists, was traditionally gathered at Beltane to support cardiovascular strength and emotional resilience. Rosemary, with her fragrant evergreen needles, was woven into ancient Greek crowns for mental sharpness and carried by students to aid memory and circulation.

These plants create an energising blend that feels like sunlight through branches, gently invigorating the flow of life through mind, body and spirit.

Plant Qualities and Benefits

  • Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – Circulatory stimulant and antioxidant; enhances peripheral blood flow and cognitive function through improved microcirculation.*
